About this role
Asiste y apoya al departamento de Stewards y Cocina en el adecuado control y suministro a todos los centros de consumo del equipo de operación de alimentos y bebidas en cantidades suficientes para hacer frente a la operación, de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos. Se encarga cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de disciplina, presentación e higiene personal, horarios, áreas de tránsito y normas de seguridad establecidas por el Hotel. Distribuye a todos los centros de consumo el suficiente equipo de operación en perfectas condiciones de presentación y limpieza y comunica a su jefe inmediato de cualquier anomalía o desviación en cuanto a los controles establecidos para el suministro del mismo.…
