JOB SUMMARY As a Welcome Desk at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), This person is responsible for welcoming new members and update their contact information. Explains programs in detail, renews and extends the membership of existing members, offers upgrades to preferred member status, while providing excellent customer service. You will add to the success of the MVW team by maintaining high standards and providing the best service. You will need to have a flexible schedule, communicate clearly with coworkers and guests, and follow the company's rules in all situations.
