Opening a new store is exciting. Building one that's constantly growing is even better. We're looking for a Retail Operations Manager who wants more than just keeping the lights on. We're after someone who's commercially minded, loves being on the floor, and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience, grow sales and get more out of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be leading the team, driving performance, keeping operations running smoothly and constantly looking for opportunities to make the store even better.
