WAS DU TUN WIRST Führung & Teamentwicklung: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen, spezialisierten Teams und begleitest es aktiv durch die Phase der Umstrukturierung. Verantwortung für die gesamte Prozesskette: Du steuerst und optimierst alle Abläufe für den Fine Jewelry Bereich – vom Wareneingang über die Lagerung und den Versand bis hin zum sensiblen Retourenmanagement. Qualitätskontrolle auf Top-Niveau: Du stellst sicher, dass jedes Schmuckstück den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entspricht, und etablierst klare Prüfprozesse für Edelmetalle und Edelsteine.
