About this role

Job Overview We are looking for a Steel Structure and Welding Supervisor to oversee steel fabrication, structural assembly, welding, installation preparation, and production quality. You will coordinate teams, materials, equipment, and schedules to meet project drawings, codes, deadlines, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily fabrication, structural assembly, welding, cutting, fitting, grinding, and preparation activities. Allocate work to welders, fabricators, fitters, technicians, and other workshop personnel. Review drawings, welding details, material specifications, work instructions, and project requirements. Ensure work is completed to approved drawings, dimensions/tolerances, procedures, and quality standards.…
