About this role
NASA FCU is on a mission to find an exceptional Call Center Mail Payment Processor who is passionate about delivering exceptional member service. Our homebase is located at 500 Prince George's Blvd in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. This position is 100% in office. In this role you will be responsible for basic mail payment transactions and will receive training on payment processing, document retrieval, fraud detection, check holds, account ownership, basic product and service training and day-end balancing. Previous banking experience or retail with cash handling is preferred.
