The Technology Sourcing function plays a critical role in enabling Nasdaq’s long term growth by strategically managing global technology spend, driving enterprise wide cost transparency, and unlocking value through innovative sourcing, analytics, and supplier strategies. This team partners closely with Technology, Finance, Legal, Market Data, and Business Leadership to ensure external investments align with Nasdaq’s strategic priorities, risk posture, and operating model—while continuously modernizing how we source, manage, and optimize spend at scale.
