About this role

Nasdaq is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our legal team as Assistant General Counsel – Employment Law. This individual contributor role will provide expert legal counsel on employment matters across Europe and the Middle East, supporting HR and business leaders in fostering a compliant and high-performing workplace. In addition, opportunities will exist to work on global projects for the Legal and People teams at Nasdaq. This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden and is in-office 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Employment Law Advisory & Compliance Provide legal advice on employment law issues across Europe and the Middle East, working closely with local counsel to service all 23 jurisdictions in which Nasdaq operates.…
