As a Workday HCM Specialist reporting to Director, HRIS & Analytics, you'll play a critical role in optimizing Nasdaq's global use of Workday HCM, with primary focus on Workday Recruiting and Greenhouse ATS. You will help enable smarter, more consistent recruiting and HR operations across the organization.
