POSITION TITLE: Operations Manager REPORTS TO: Director of Recuperative Care LOCATION: Glendale, CA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt SALARY RANGE: $65,000.00 - $70,304.00 SCHEDULE: Wednesday - Sunday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM) Operations Manager The Operations Manager will oversee and ensure high-quality guest services are provided in line with company standards. This position includes managing operational systems, staff training, and crisis intervention, as well as collaborating with leadership to maintain safety, efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction.
