Collects, documents, and reports data to the RN or Care Manager. Job Description: Essential Functions: Collects, documents, and reports vital signs. May complete screening questions and documentation or minor specimen testing as assigned. Promotes general patient safety. Holds and positions patients and assists with procedures.
