About this role

Overview: Pay Starting at $34.82/hr. Pay will commensurate based on experience The Outreach RN provides nursing services to individuals accessing walk-in testing, coordinates community testing and education events, and provides backup nursing coverage in the clinic. This role supports access to care through patient education, community engagement, and coordination of follow-up services. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Job Description Summary: Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention as they assist patients and families to move rapidly, uneventfully, safely, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care.
