Overview: Job Description Summary: Provides clinical assessment, behavioral health treatment, case management, care coordination, and crisis intervention for children, adolescents and their families across all professional and clinical settings. Job Description: Essential Functions: Accurately assesses and documents client presenting problems, history, symptomology, mental status, and diagnosis. Prescribes initial interventions in a timely manner. Assists in developing specific, realistic, and measurable treatment goals and objectives. Completes clinical charting and other related administrative paperwork in accordance with policy standards. Coordinates client care with other service providers and community resources to assure continuity of care.…
