About this role

Overview: Hours: 7:00am- 3:30pm FTE: 1.0- 40 hours (5x, 8 hour shifts per week) Rate: Starts at $36.90/hour with potential for higher pay based on relevant exp., and additional $4.70/hr for the Evenings shift differential. Expected to support all Behavioral Health nursing units as needed at the direction of leadership. Job Description Summary: Oversees a focused unit/group, often working directly with new staff and preceptors, and continually assessing the onboarding process. Delivers educational experiences to small groups for the assigned unit. Does not manage staff but must work in collaboration with leadership and network with Professional Development and other system educators to ensure organizational and department goals are met.…
