Overview: Sunday-Wednesday 5-9:30 pm First two weeks: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm for training Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary: The Patient Access Representative is responsible for greeting and registering patients, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and pulling and filing medical charts when indicated.
