What We Can Achieve Together: The HR Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner to the NY HR Director, managers, and employees throughout the New York Division. This role provides guidance, consultation, and operational support across a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, onboarding, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, leave administration, and policy interpretation.
