About this role

Position: Quality Assurance Lead Shift: 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:30pm Monday-Friday, with OT when needed Pay: $26.13 hr + Shift differential of $1.50 per hour, + bonuses SUMMARY Maintains and improves our product quality standards. Oversees the quality control process, conducts inspections, performs tests, and ensures that our baked goods meet the highest levels of safety, taste, and consistency. Controls and investigates non-conforming products and product related incidents. In addition, collaborates with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and quality assurance, to implement quality improvement initiatives and resolve any quality-related issues that may arise.
