Als Junior Technical Recruiter (m/w/d) unterstützt du uns dabei, die besten Talente für unser wachsendes Unternehmen zu gewinnen. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Recruiting-Team und den Fachbereichen zusammen und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zu einem Recruiting-Profi im Tech-Umfeld. Dabei suchen wir keine perfekte Vita – sondern Menschen mit Neugier, Eigeninitiative und Lust, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Deine Aufgaben Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung von Talenten für technische Positionen mit Schwerpunkt SAP. Active Sourcing über LinkedIn und weitere Recruiting-Plattformen. Begleitung von Kandidat:innen durch den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess. Durchführung von Erstgesprächen und Unterstützung im Interviewprozess.…
