Job Description: Responsibilities Workday Configuration & Administration · Own end-to-end configuration and maintenance of Workday modules including HCM Core, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent & Performance, and Reporting. · Manage business process frameworks, security roles, condition rules, calculated fields, and integrations. · Lead Workday semi-annual release reviews: assess feature updates, conduct impact analysis, coordinate testing, and deploy changes. · Maintain system documentation including configuration specs, change logs, and SOPs.
