About ECU Sri Lanka campus is a modern Australian University with a reputation for excellence in student experience. This role will work collaboratively with the Academic team, in the development and provision of learning support for the ECU SL students. This role is responsible for development of appropriate study skills to enhance academic performance, strengthening proficiency in English language, assisting students with the transition to study in a university learning environment, promoting the wellbeing of students, counselling students on poor academic performance, supporting students at risk and the provision of providing course advice to students.
