Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dynamic real estate market and be well-versed across all resale products. Provide expert guidance to the client regarding resale properties, prime locations and distinctive features based on the clients’ needs. Thoroughly assess clients’ preferences and financial capabilities to tailor personalized recommendations. Regularly track deal progress on the CRM platform in accordance with Nawy’s guidelines. Act as a liaison between the buyer and the seller through contracting procedures.
