About Nazarbayev University is seeking an HR professional to join its Talent Management function as a Manager, Talent Development, Performance & Career. The role is responsible for coordinating and supporting key people development processes, including learning and development, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and internal mobility. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Schools, administrative units, and external providers, the Manager will ensure the effective coordination of development programs and corporate HR cycles, maintain accurate talent-related data, and provide timely communications, reports, and materials to support informed HR and management decisions.…
