Pay Range: $20.61 - $27.49 Under limited supervision, performs customer service and sales by responding to telephone, written, and face-to-face communications from individual and small business internal and external customers. Serves as the customer's advocate by facilitating communications between the customer and carrier regarding insurance coverage. Independently and or collaborates with Business Development Manager and/or Producer to identify potential coverage gaps and recommends best offering to customer and/or Business Development Manager/Producer.
