Pay Range: $21.29 - $28.39 Responsible for investigating external fraud cases as assigned by their Supervisor/Manager as well as cases arising from independent reviews of transaction and fraud monitoring reports. Education and Experience: 3 years experience investigating various types of fraud at a financial institution or equivalent Bachelor Degree in Economic/Financial Crime Management or Criminal Justice or equivalent work experience Skills and Abilities: Team player with strong organizational, communication, analytical and PC skills (especially Microsoft Excel) Ability to research/analyze data and recognize/evaluate patterns of customer activity.…
