THE OPPORTUNITY Nearwater is adding an experienced finance lawyer to its Legal team to work directly with the business on live deals. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will be the front-line desk lawyer for the Investment and Origination teams, negotiating and closing new originations from term sheet through funding.
