This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support, Service Desk, Project Coordination or a similar environment who is looking to develop a career in IT Service Management. Previous Change or Release Management experience is beneficial but not essential. We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams.
