Discover more at www.necsws.com This is an external facing role designing and delivering IT education and training services to enable customers to gain maximum understanding of Public Safety software products; As a Trainer, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to; delivering training programmes to clients either in a group classroom setting, or online through Webinars, e-learning or on a one-to-one basis; conducting training needs analysis designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises to suit a wide audience ranging from end users to system administrators Developing train-the-trainer packages.…
