About this role

Pre Contract Development Specialist Location: St Vincent Crescent, Glasgow Salary from £53,280 Permanent Help us create a better future, quicker Working within the Framework Contract Team in SPD to support the operations of LIVE framework agreements and monitoring of all live frameworks. Ideally the candidate will have knowledge of Framework Agreements, SPEN Operations, ED2, Procurement processes, Legal Forms of Contract and working knowledge of SPEN SAP system. Quantity Surveyor type background would be of benefit and the ability to scrutinise and report on LIVE framework usage providing feedback. The pre contracts team look at the requirements of the business for particular services. We work with the business users to understand the requirement and build the tender pack.…
