Maintenance Technician II We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform and coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of facilities and grounds. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on maintenance experience, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and complete facility repairs and maintenance. Perform basic electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, painting, assembly, and general repair work. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance. Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely. Coordinate repairs with vendors and outside contractors. Obtain vendor bids and assist with purchasing materials and supplies.…
