About this role

Dein Job Du machst NEOS Salzburg sichtbar und unterstützt gleichzeitig den Aufbau unserer Strukturen in den Gemeinden. Als Kommunikation & Community Manager:in verantwortest du die operative Kommunikationsarbeit, erstellst Content für unsere Kanäle, unterstützt die Pressearbeit und begleitest politische Aktivitäten vor Ort. Gleichzeitig gewinnst und aktivierst du Menschen für NEOS, unterstützt den Aufbau von Gemeindegruppen und arbeitest eng mit Ehrenamtlichen, dem Landesteam und der Landesgeschäftsführung zusammen. Dabei bewegst du dich flexibel zwischen digitaler Kommunikation, Veranstaltungsbegleitung und Community Building.
