As our customized products business continues to grow, we're looking for a Production & Order Success Specialist to become the operational backbone of our Sales team. In this role, you'll take ownership of customer orders once the sale is closed, ensuring every project is produced accurately, delivered on time, and exceeds customer expectations. If you're highly organized, enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders, solving operational challenges, and making things happen behind the scenes, this role is for you.
