As our instructional designer, you are the craft at the centre of a small global L&D team– turning what the business needs to learn into learning that works: well designed, well built, and worth people's time. You work alongside colleagues who own our learning areas end to end, and you make their programmes real.
Your days move between designing and building. You structure courses, workshops and self-paced modules around how adults learn, then author the content – including SCORM modules – and set it up in our learning platform and training-management system.…
