In dieser Rolle bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für die Personalentwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, dass sich alle optimal entfalten können und NEURA Robotics nachhaltig wächst.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Konzeption, Organisation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterentwicklung, wie Trainings, Weiterbildungsprogramme, Feedbackformate und individuelle Karrierepfade.
- Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, Potenzialförderung und langfristiger Karriereplanung.
- Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von strukturierten Entwicklungsprogrammen (z. B. Talentprogramme, Leadership Development, Skill-Frameworks)…
