· Du verantwortest eigenständig die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle, wie LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube und X – von der Redaktionsplanung über die Veröffentlichung bis zur Community-Interaktion.
· Du entwickelst eigene, wiederkehrende Formate und Inhaltsideen, die zur Marke NEURA passen, unsere Kernzielgruppen ansprechen und auf den jeweiligen Kanal zugeschnitten sind und setzt diese um.
· Du hast den Finger am Puls der Zeit: Du beobachtest Plattform-Trends, Algorithmusveränderungen und Kommunikationsmuster in unserem Umfeld – und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen für unsere Kanäle ab.…
