1. Trainingsinhalte & Curriculum
· Definition des Academy-Curriculums für Bedienung und Applikation unserer Roboter – vom Bediener über den Programmierer bis zum Integrator
· Aufbau eines Zertifizierungsprogramms mit klaren Lernpfaden, Prüfungen und Zertifikaten
· Sicherstellung, dass Trainingsinhalte zu jedem Produktlaunch bereitstehen – in enger Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement und Entwicklung
· Befähigung interner Teams (Vertrieb, Service, NeuraGym) und Onboarding neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen
2. Teamführung
· Führung, Entwicklung und Ausbau des Trainerteams inkl. Recruiting und Onboarding
· Festlegung von Qualitätsstandards für Trainings und Trainer inkl. Train-the-Trainer-Programmen…
