About this role

As an End User Computing Specialist at NewDay, you'll help ensure colleagues have secure, reliable and high-performing technology to do their best work. Working within the End User Services Operational Support team, you'll support and improve our modern workplace technology estate, covering end user devices, collaboration tools, endpoint security and remote working solutions. How you'll contribute Deliver technical support and troubleshooting across end user devices, Microsoft 365 technologies, collaboration tools and peripherals, including VIP support where required.
