About this role
The Student Assistant will provide essential support to the computer lab by ensuring the lab's smooth operation and readiness for student, faculty, and staff use. This role requires a proactive and responsible individual who can perform tasks independently while effectively communicating with lab users and the administration team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all lab equipment is functional, including computers, printers, and other devices. Monitor and restock supplies such as paper, toner, and other materials as needed. Assist lab users with technical issues or general inquiries.
