GSOC Supervisor

Location Designation: Fully Onsite The GSOC Supervisor provides shift-level leadership within New York Life’s 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and oversees the Analysts assigned to their shift. In this role, Supervisors direct daily GSOC operations, provide guidance on external events and physical-security incidents, review Analyst communications and intelligence products, and ensure appropriate response, escalation, and documentation. GSOC Supervisors coordinate the GSOC’s response during significant incidents and crisis-management events, support emergency communications, and provide timely updates to responding teams and leadership.
