Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week Vice President, Field Compensation The Vice President, Field Compensation is responsible for defining and evolving New York Life's Field Compensation strategy, operating model, and supporting capabilities to support the company's long-term business strategy and the success of the field distribution organization.
