Job Advert Summary At NewDay, you'll play a key role in supporting our Litigation team with the handling of claims, disputes, and litigation matters. Working closely with the Litigation Specialist, external solicitors, customers, and teams across the business, you'll help progress cases efficiently, accurately, and in line with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements. From reviewing and organising case documentation to gathering and analysing evidence, maintaining records, monitoring deadlines, and identifying risks for escalation, you'll contribute to the timely and cost-effective resolution of litigation matters while driving continuous improvement.…
