Vi söker nu en till grym konsult till en av våra kunder i Borås. Rollen som IT supportspecialist innebär att man är en del av kundens IT servicedesk och tar emot, hanterar, löser och dokumenterar olika IT problem från organisationens användare. För detta behöver du ha ett genuint IT intresse och en förmåga att supportera användare via telefon. Du kommer arbeta efter uppsatta processer och rutiner och det är viktigt att du är noggrann i ditt arbete. Som konsult representerar du, och är ansiktet utåt för både Nexer och kunden.…
