Overall Responsibilities: · Maintain and manage good supplier relationships. · Understand the purchasing processes o Purchasing request o Purchasing order o Logistics o Payment processes · Source, collect quotations and prepare quotation summary to select suppliers that offered the most favorable quotations based on the criteria: reasonable price (value for money), best delivery lead time, best quality, and good service · Send the delivery plan to supplier base on production plan. · Understand and assist the production engineers to assure tooling, product and production time frames are met. · Continuous supplier negotiations that assure product and tooling costs are controlled and justified.…
