About this role
Job Description: Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business processes and operations systems. Support core organizational functions and business processes with a focus in Salesforce or similar CRMs. Gather, analyze, and implement data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements. Provide Salesforce.com (SFDC) integration/strategic planning and EAS systems, process evaluation/design, prototyping, configuration, and testing. Ensure the SFDC is accurate and tracking the important metrics and data and meeting the needs of the business. Collaborate with all SFDC users to address system support, maintenance, configuration, operational questions, reporting, integrations and general administration needs.…
