Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Inverter Field Services leads the development and operation of Nextpower’s inverter field-services discipline within Engineering Field Services. The role establishes operational objectives, determines resources and schedules, and manages the execution of commissioning support, preventive and corrective maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, customer escalation response, and technical training for utility-scale central inverter systems. This is a working manager role. The manager provides technical direction in the field while supervising field service professionals and technicians, coordinating subcontractors, and building repeatable operating processes for a growing capability.…
