Job Description: The role combines ownership and operation of the electronics laboratory with prototype development, electronics assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and support for laboratory and field validation activities. The ideal candidate is highly technical, practical, independent, and comfortable working closely with engineers in a fast-paced R&D environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain the electronics R&D laboratory, including equipment, tools, materials, and general lab readiness. Build and modify prototypes and development systems. Assemble and troubleshoot electrical harnesses, cables, connectors, and electronic assemblies. Perform professional soldering, rework, and modification of electronic boards and components.…
