About this role

Job Description: The Client Delivery Manager II is responsible for leading delivery execution across assigned clients and complex delivery initiatives. This role manages delivery plans, dependencies, risks, performance metrics, cross-functional coordination, and delivery-related financial tracking to support predictable execution, operational performance, and contractually aligned delivery outcomes. Lead delivery execution across assigned clients and complex initiatives, including upgrades, purchased solutions, and ancillary delivery activities. Develop, manage, and adjust delivery plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and execution priorities.
