About this role

NextGen is seeking a highly motivated Workflow Validation/Field Enablement Engineer to support the testing, validation, operational assessment, and field enablement of agentic AI workflows deployed across tactical and operational environments. This role focuses on validating AI-enabled workflows, ensuring operational reliability, supporting user acceptance activities, and enabling end users to effectively operate AI-assisted tools within mission environments using ReadiChat. ReadiChat is a mission-focused, agentic AI platform designed to help organizations build, deploy, govern, and scale specialized AI agents for operational workflows.
