Job Description: Position Description Nextpower is seeking an experienced Lead eBOS Engineer to lead the engineering, design, and technical execution of Electrical Balance of System (eBOS) solutions for utility-scale solar projects. This role combines technical leadership, electrical engineering expertise, customer engagement, and project execution to support the successful delivery of optimized AC and DC electrical systems. The Lead eBOS Engineer will work cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Field Engineering to develop technically robust, cost-effective, and scalable solutions while driving engineering best practices and continuous improvement.…
