Job Description: We are seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. This role will partner closely with R&D, Operations, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams to support the annual planning process, monthly forecasting and close activities, expense management, and variance analysis. The Financial Analyst will develop insightful reporting and financial models, improve forecasting and month-end processes, and help drive accountability across operating expenses, product development, and CapEx projects.
