About this role

Job Description: Position Summary Project Phoenix is NextPower's enterprise-wide business transformation initiative focused on standardizing global business processes and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The R2R Transformation Lead will own the design, standardization, and implementation of global Record-to-Report processes across the organization. This individual will work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, business stakeholders, and the Systems Integrator to design future-state processes that improve financial controls, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
